Beta 0.1.1 - better controls!

The biggest change with this small update is the control scheme:

- There are now TWO control schemes that you can select between. By default, the game now gives you a familiar WASD control scheme with the number pads used to select weapons. You can select between WASD and the original control scheme from the main menu, and the control scheme you have equipped will be shown in the pause menu and instructions screen.

- also, the P button is the pause button now; the browser version of the game takes you out of fullscreen when you press Escape and you lose control for a second, so it was a compromise.

- Rifle bullets will no longer penetrate through red barricades.

- Enemy tanks now have a small amount of health.'

The next update will add a new enemy or two, and make the game a bit prettier.
